This recorded webinar is now available for on demand viewing. The greatest distinguishing factor of the strongest nonprofits is the Board. Without effective board members, you will never achieve your greatest organizational potential. In fact, disengaged board members can set back your development and operational efforts and keep your mission languishing with limited funding and reach.

This session will help you begin a process of revitalization – straight from the top! A few key steps will transform the excitement and participation of your Board so that they are utilizing their influence and introductions the way that you’ve always dreamed.
